RETURN POLICY

At Alameda Mall, we guarantee you the best shopping experience ever.

Two return policies will be valid in case you are not totally satisfied with any products

  1. a flaw in quality or workmanship;
  2. personal reason ( unacceptable quality, color difference or unfitted size etc. )

Refunds will be credited back to your account from which you make the payment. We will start the process for refund, replacement or exchange on products if they are in original, unused and unopened condition.

Products purchased online are not subjected to return or exchange. You are required to follow the 4 key steps mentioned below for an ease of return or exchange of products you have purchased from Alameda Mall:

Return Policy A – In case of any quality problems with the product. Returns accepted and the buyer pays return shipping fee; or keep the item and reach an agreement with the seller on the refund amount.

Return Policy B – In case you change your mind or do not like the product after placing the order. The buyer will be responsible for both the shipping fees the seller have paid and the fees to return.

Step 1.

First of all, you need to email us at hello@alamedamall.com to inform us of your order details and the reason why you want to return. It includes the order number code, the exact problems (photos will be needed for defective products) and the details of the product you want to return or exchange. You have to inform alamedamall.com within 3 days about the defect after you receive the product and that you want to initiate the return process.

Step 2.

After both sides of us have reached an agreement on the return, replacement, refund or exchange, we need you to guarantee the product is in the original condition which does not affect the resale of it. Any damaged returned item caused by the buyer is not accepted. If any damage or loss occurs during the returning shipment, the buyer will be responsible for it and won’t get a full refund. The buyer must notice that any costs caused by a return such as customs duties or any other fees is the buyer’s responsibility.

Step 3.

Before sending the product back, please confirm with us the return address and delivery method, and send us the tracking number for logistics information so that we could speed up the process of exchange or refund.

Step 4.

All the returned products will be further inspected upon receipt. You will also be notified, if in any case we are not able to offer the refunds, exchanges or replacement if the product we have delivered has been previously opened or if it has been used. We will start with the refund process as soon as we notify you by email. 3-20 business days will be needed for the refunds to be credited back to your account from which you made the payment.

Furthermore, we respect your choice to cancel your order but it must be under the condition that your order has not been shipped yet. To cancel your order, you can log in the account to get it done. If your order has already been shipped or is ready to be dispatched, any action to cancel the order will be considered under the Return Policy B mentioned above.

Two points need to be noticed:

Color Difference & Measurement Error

  1. Difference in color may be caused by some irresistible factors, such as monitor resolution, color reflection or lightness, which dose not mean the item is not as described or belongs to quality problem.
  2. All the dimension information offered is manual measurement, which may cause an allowable error from 2-3cm.
