  • Why is Alameda built?

Alameda brand is specialized in mother & baby products, outdoor & travel items and fashion bags. We build Alameda online store to show all these products to our wholesale & drop ship distributors around the world. Of course, we also support retail business. 

  • Does it need to register first before I shop here?

It’s up to you. You can make the order as a Guest by offering us your email address. However, we recommend registering with us for special offers and maintaining of your Wish List, account and shipping address details.

  • How to confirm my order is successful?

After we get your order and your successful payment, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email ID for you to confirm the order details. 

  • What about the payment method? Is it safe to use credit card online here?

Credit cards and PayPal are accepted at alamedamall.com. All transactions are absolutely safe and secure.

  • What if the product I’ve paid for is out of stock?

We’ll spare no efforts to make sure all these products sold on our page are in stock. Due to some irresistible or unpredictable factors for which we can not ship the products, we will send you email to keep you informed of it within 24 hours and refund all your payment to your account from which the payment is made.  

  • How soon will my order be shipped out? And how to check my order status?

Generally speaking, we can arrange the shipment within 1-2 business days, and will send you the tracking number soon after the shipment. We’ll keep on tracking your order until you receive it and send you email to inform of more details about your order. Or you can also check the order status on “My Account” page where the current status of your order is shown very clearly.

  • How long will the logistics time take?

Technically speaking, it depends on the destination countries which orders will be shipped to. You may contact our support team at hello@alamedamall.com for more information about the delivery time. The super customer service will be provided there.

  • What if I want to return a product and need a refund?

If you are not totally satisfied with our products or service, please feel free to contact us at hello@alamedamall.com . We accept any reasonable return within 7 days after you received the product, but we need you to make sure to maintain the original package of the product before you are going to return it back to us. Your payment will be refunded to your account after we receive the returned product.

  • How long will it take to get the refund?

Generally speaking, for any orders which have not been shipped out, it often takes 3-20 business days for you to receive the refund; for these returned orders, we will process the refund within 48 hours after we receive the returned products and 3-20 business days later the refund will be credited back to your account.
