SHIPMENT & DELIVERY

For any orders from Alameda Mall, we’ll arrange the shipment as soon as possible after the successful payment. Please note that we are unable to ship any orders during our National Day or Spring Festival when the logistics company is off work. Thank you so much for your understanding.

  1. Items will be shipped out within 1-2 business days after your successful payment and we’ll send you the tracking number for logistics information.
  2. There may exist some irresistible or unpredictable factors such as bad weather or customs clearance, which could lead to a delay in delivery time. Please be patient and thanks a lot for your understanding.
  3. If you do not receive the item within the promised delivery time, please just contact us and we will call the logistic company to figure it out. Whatever, we can make sure the item will be delivered to your door.
  4. Items will be sent to the shipping address you offer to us. Please make sure the shipping address you write is correct and deliverable. Any extra fee caused by incorrect or non-deliverable address would be the buyer’s responsibility.
  5. For this purchase, any import duties or fees charged by your customs would be the buyer’s responsibility.
